Justin directs SAKOM’s global service delivery through strategic leadership and operational oversight. His approach is backed by over 20 years of commercial leadership, built upon a foundational career with the UK Special Forces (UK SOF) – 22 SAS.

Michael Hearn
Managing Director, SAKOM FZCO
Michael directs the strategic leadership and global operations for SAKOM’s OCONUS service delivery, mirroring his executive responsibilities at SAKOM WI LLC. He brings over 40 years of expertise across the security, support, and facilities management sectors.

James Bryant
Chief Strategy Officer, SAKOM GOC
James directs SAKOM’s strategic design and long-term planning. As a former Colonel in the British Army, he draws on over 30 years of experience planning and executing complex operations within the international arena.

James Runchman
Global Operations Director, SAKOM GOC
James directs SAKOM’s global operations and service delivery. He brings over 25 years of specialized experience, having served with the UK Special Forces (UK SOF) and within NATO’s operational framework.
