SAKOM is a privately-owned Base Operations Support, Facilities Support, and Security Services company founded in 2013 by two service veterans. The SAKOM team is committed to getting things done, overcoming challenges and matching the trust our clients put in us. We proudly maintain our values and standards at all times. We have the structure, expertise, determination and ability to provide services and support across the United States, Africa, Middle East, Europe and Asia.
SAKOM Senior Leadership Team
Justin Penfold,
President of SAKOM Services WI LLC
Justin is responsible for the strategic leadership, management and operation of SAKOM’s global-based service delivery. He has a background of over 20 years of commercial and senior management experience following a distinguished career with UK SOF.

Michael Hearn,
Managing Director, SAKOM FZCO
Michael is responsible for the strategic leadership, management and operation of SAKOM’s OCONUS-based service delivery which mirrors the roles and responsibilities of SAKOM WI LLC. He has a background of over 40 years in The Security, Support and Facilities Management sectors.
James Bryant,
Chief Strategy Officer, SAKOM GOC
James is responsible for designing SAKOM’s strategy and for future plans. James is a former British Army Colonel with over 30 years’ experience of planning and executing operations in the international environment.

James Runchman,
Global Operations Director, SAKOM GOC
James is responsible for SAKOM’s global operations and service delivery. James brings over 25 years of experience with UK SOF and with NATO.
